It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Engledow of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Vinton, Iowa, who passed away on December 12, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Lucille Donnellan and Raymond Engledow; and his uncle Phil Donnellan. He is survived by: his wife Alison Melley; his daughter Jaquelynne; his parents, Lila Berry (Donnellan) of Iowa City and Kenneth Engledow (Carolyn) of Cedar Rapids; his grandmother Evelyn Edaburn Engledow Mather (Vinton); his brothers, Mark Engledow of Center Point, Micky Engledow (Melissa) of Vinton and Jeffrey Berry of Vinton; his stepsister Sharma Hendrix of Cedar Rapids; and his parents-in-law, Penny Heintz of North English and Ron Melley of Garrison. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund has been established in Michael's name and may be directed to the family.
