It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Hinton of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on October 9, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Hinton, Jr.; his aunt Shirley Cole; and his uncle Charles Krivanek. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Krivanek Hinton of Marion, IA; his pet Meredith; his brothers, David Hinton (Lisa) of Ely and Mark Hinton (Anna) of Montesano, WA; and his aunt Juanita Krivanek (Dolly) of Vinton.

As mandated by proclamation, social distancing must be practiced which requires a limited number of people to be allowed into the visitation at one time.
