He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Newcomb and Margaret Lois Newcomb (Meyers); and his aunt Beverly Salman. He is survived by: his wife Diane Stephens; his friends, Bill W. and Michael; and his stepsisters, Lori Newcomb of Florida and Tami Newcomb of Georgia.
