He is survived by: his wife Linda Starr; his daughters, Christy Starr (Mike Hootman) and Brandi Starr; his grandchildren, DeShaun Starr of Cedar Rapids, Taylor Hootman (Maddux) of North Liberty and Lyndsey Elliott of Cedar Rapids; his great grandchildren, AdaLynn, EliAnna'Mae and Malakai; and his sisters, Kathy Bailey and Becky Robertson. He is also survived by three half-brothers; and three half-sisters.
