She is survived by: her family, Dave Jacoby (Lynette), Ann Jacoby (Mike Gott), Kevin Jacoby (Nancy), Dan Jacoby (Traci), Chris Jacoby (Fawn) and Bob Jacoby (Sherri Siegel); her sister Millie; her son Bob; her brothers, Mark, Julius and Daniel Martinek; her grandchildren, Brenda Freese (Jayme Wertz), Michelle Meiners (TJ), Kyle Jacoby, Jeremy Jacoby, Matt Jacoby (Maile), Ellie Jacoby, Anna Jacoby, Mikayla Jacoby and Ryan Jacoby; and her great grandchildren, Carissa Conary (Logan), Camden Meiners and Kayden Meiners. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Millie's most significant contribution to this world is her saintly kindness, compassion, love and generosity.
