She was predeceased by: her grandson Benjamin Koestner; and her parents, John "Jack" Neuhaus and Rose Caffrey Neuhaus. She is survived by: her son Dan Koestner (Amy) of Grimes; her grandchildren, Emma and Nathan Koestner of Grimes; her siblings, Ed Neuhaus (Carla) of Cedar Rapids, Mark Neuhaus of Fairfax, Jean Meredith (Loren) of Amana, James Neuhaus (Laurie) of Amana and Paul Neuhaus (Kim) of Walford; and her nieces and nephews, Eric, Logan, Joshua, Jennifer, Erin, Luke, Collin, Allison and Connor.

Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to Camp Courageous or a charity of your choice.
