She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Molyneux and Hazel Molyneux (Phipps); her husband Charles Kitzman; her son Craig; and her siblings, Lyle Molyneux, Donna Brock and Bernard Molyneux.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Kitzman of Cypress, TX and Cindy Swenka (Paul) of Robins, IA; her granddaughter Faith Jaekel (Jason) of Katy, TX; her great grandchild Haven Jaekel; and her sister Shirley Johnson (Jim).
Memorials may be made in her name to the Community Health Free Clinic or Noelridge Christian Church.
