She is survived by: her husband Jon Jacobsen; her children, Kirsten Jacobsen (Samantha Shoger) and Michael Jacobsen; her siblings, Eugene Kremer (Marcia Tyson), Kenneth Kremer (Therese), Patricia Struble (Richard), Larry Kremer (Carol), Jerry Kremer, Raymond Kremer, Janice Kremer, Roger Kremer (Connie) and Connie Balk (Dennis); and her siblings-in-law, Brenda Kremer, Paul Jacobsen (Nancy) and Armand Perrier.
