She is survived by: her children, Jan Cathcart (Clifton "Corky"), Karilyn Wood (Mark), Randy Blake (Debbie) and Jeanne Johnson (Dave); and her grandchildren, Mindy Shockley, Kristie Tyer, Tony Cathcart of Ryan Blake, A. J, Shannon Brown, Matt Wood, Rob Wood, Brittany Herrin, Natalee Scott and Haley Steckel.

Memorials may be made to Clarissa Cook Hospice and The Fountains Senior Living.
