He is survived by: his wife Lorraine of Cedar Rapids; his children, Diane Reusch (Max) of St Louis, Donald (Virginia) of Albany, Daniel (April), Darla Lowe (Daniel) of Marion and David (Raquel) of Cheyenne, Wyoming; and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Dietrich of Dubuque, Bonnie Dietrich of Garnavillo, Mae McCarty of Dubuque, Shirley Kane of Dubuque, Frannie of Dubuque, Larry Breitbach of Dubuque, Richard of Dubuque, Glady Meehan of Dubuque, James 'Red' and Judy Meehan of Williamsburg, Virginia. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in Owen's name to St. Pius X Catholic Church or a charity of the donor's choosing.
