She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer William and Opal Mae Clinton (Phelps); her husband Russell LeRoy Marshall; and her siblings, Jack, Jerry, Duane, Steven and Kay.
She is survived by: her children, Kellaine Jensen (Dennis) of Waterloo, Lisa Kerns of Marion and Russell II Marshall (Cindy) of Hazleton; her grandchildren, Michael Jensen of Waterloo, Stephanie Priebe (Cameron) of West Union, Areil Marshall of Oelwein, Tiffany Marshall of Independence, Steven Marshall of Oelwein and Nathan Kerns of Waterloo; her great grandchildren, Addison, Oliver and Coleson; and her brother Terry Clinton (Peggy) of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (402 E Charles St, Oelwein, IA 50662). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
