He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Wood and Melva Wood (Clare); and his siblings-in-law, Peter Cook, Jeanine Hayes (Tegner) and Emery Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle Wood (Tegner); his daughters, Karen Grothe (Wood) and Deb Wood (Jeff Bradley); his granddaughter Hadley Grothe; and his sister Jacque Cook (Wood). He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
