Paul Fiala Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 20, 2026, Paul Fiala (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ralph Fiala and Florence Elsie Fiala; his brother David Fiala; his sister-in-law Karen Clark Fiala; his former wife Sharon Scinta Fiala; his son John Paul Fiala; his brother-in-law Dr. Gary Brotze of New Braunfels, Texas.; Kirk and Rosemarie Gregory.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy Gregory-Fiala; his sons, Jason (Mary), Austen (Amanda), Bryan (Maggie) and Nathan (Katie); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Tyler Fiala, Faith Schunter, Esme, Elijah Fiala, Madison, Vivian, Allison Fiala, Bryson and Emily Fiala; his brother Mark; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Fiala of Cedar Rapids and Terri Gregory Brotze. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
