He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Johnson and Frances Johnson (Shove); his sister Kelly Johnson; and his pet Orrie. He is survived by: his wife Maria Johnson of Cedar Rapids; his daughter Stefani Johnson of Cedar Rapids; his stepchildren, Emely Montoya (Orvin Peralta) of Georgia and Gabriela Palmer (Bryon) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Jacob, Sofia, Hailey, Alden, Kellan, Zidane and Johan; his siblings, Sara Olson of Iowa City and Victor Johnson of Iowa; his cousins, Larry and Joyce Kurtz of Waverly, Iowa; and his pet Scruffy.
