It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Edward Beck of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Lewis Beck; his brothers-in-law, William Weber and Alan Behrens; and his parents, Edward Beck and Margie Emrich Beck.
He is survived by: his wife Jane A. Behrens; his children, James Beck (Jody), Mary Schneekloth (Mike), David Beck (Sara) and Annette Beck; his sister Mary Ann Weber; and his grandchildren, Christie Williams (Ty), Tom Schneekloth (Samantha), Catie Beck (Steve), Hannah Schultz (Chris), Shannon Beck and Paige Beck. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be sent to Trinity Lutheran Church, Cedar Rapids, IA, or directed to the family.
