He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Ann Greiner; his children, Nick Philipp (Samantha) of Redondo Beach, CA, Austin Philipp (Tiffany) of Chicago, IL and Mackenzie Philipp of Cedar Rapids; his granddaughter Naomi Bloom Philipp; his siblings, Faith Seehawer (Steve), Teresa Byrne, Fred Philipp (Jennifer), Hope Hugh, Charity Schneekloth (Terry), Mary Brecht (Bill), Pat Roberts (John), Ed Philipp (Cheri), Ann Ranard, Dave Philipp (Teresa), Tina Anderson (Tom) and Paul Philipp (Diana); and his siblings-in-law, Larry Greiner, Patty Hilton (Brent Meyer), Bob Greiner, Jack Greiner (Nancy), Mike Greiner, Rick Greiner (Susan), Bill Greiner and Jolene Rehklau.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to St. Ludmila Catholic Church, Mercy Hospice Care or Xavier Foundation.
