He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Kelsey and Ruth Kelsey (Sedgewick); his daughter Colleen; his daughter-in-law Dorothy; his siblings, Patricia, Doug, Jon and Bill; his siblings-in-law, Ruby Kelsey, Kathryn Beyer, Morris and Bob; and his nephews, Bruce, Scott and Garland.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kelsey of Cedar Rapids; his children, Patrick Kelsey (Teresa) of Oak Harbor, David Kelsey (Jennifer) of Marengo, Barbara Livin (Andy) of Marion and Linda Kelsey of Hiawatha, Iowa; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Kelsey, Wanda Kelsey, Janice Walker and Bonnie Argotsinger (Larry). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
