She is survived by: her children, Craig Dvorak (Laurie), Jill Dvorak, Lisa Dvorak and Kent Dvorak; her grandchildren, Jennifer Dvorak, Travis Powers, Ashley Dvorak, Brock Dvorak (Kendra), Nicholas Dvorak and Natalie Leavy (Collin); her great grandchildren, Rhiana, Makai, Kayden and Georgie; and her great great grandchild Laiana.
