He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley A. Richards. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Seaton of Cedar Rapids, Wade Seaton (Deb) of Cedar Rapids, Wendy Seaton of Cedar Rapids and Chris Seaton (Lisa) of Marion; and his brothers, Duane Johnson (Rosemary) of Marion, Kenny Johnson of DeWitt and Glenn Williams of Missouri. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.

A memorial fund has been established.
