He was predeceased by: his father Richard Nash (Wanitta); his wife Linda Nash; and his mother-in-law Betty Wilkes. He is survived by: his children, James Nash, Jamie Nash and Jessica Mullenix (Bret); his grandsons, Michael, Christopher and Alexander; and his brother Rick Sizemore. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren.
