He was predeceased by: his daughter Letae Pruisman; his great great grandchild Matthew; and his parents, Herman Pruisman and Marian Pruisman. He is survived by: his wife Effie; his children, Cindi Fairbanks (Roy), Brian Fairbanks (LaDonna) and Kelly Fairbanks (Jason); his grandchildren, Jessica (Travis), Dustin (Tina), Jediah, Damien (Jess), Jenni (Andy), Samantha (Blake), Tyler (Samantha) and Madison (Zach); his great grandchildren, Taylor, Treyton, Tyson, Tayah, Dallas, Eli, Kinnick, Ashton, Allie, Caitlin, Tesla, Caroline, Braxton, Hudson, Elison, Louie, Raylan, Austin, Kane, Reese and Deegan; his great great grandchildren, Finnegan, Xander, Rhyden and Theo; his sisters, Joyce and Janet (Kevin); and his close friends, Randy Fox and Mike Glowaki. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
