He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester H. Peck and Laura L. Peck (Bateman); his wife Norma Peck; and his siblings, Mary "Betty" E. Towers and Gerald A. Peck.
He is survived by: his children, Barrie Peck of Maquoketa, Ron Peck (Connie) of Grand Forks and Rosemary Peck of Onslow; his grandsons, Jeremiah R. Peck of Beaumont and Joel Peck (Katie) of West Fargo; his brother William "Bill" G. Peck; and his sister-in-law Joanie Peck. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
