He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Carroll and E. Katherine Carroll (Lindsay); and his brother Johnny Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Melody Hesseltine; his children, Daniel Carroll, Cassandra Hawkins (Dave) and Matthew Carroll; and his grandchildren, Kristen Hawkins-Hamer (Ian), Katrina Hawkins, Karmen Hawkins, Kallie Hawkins, Anthony Hawkins and Daxton Carroll.
