He is survived by: his wife Kathy Carney of Cedar Rapids; his children, Kevin Carney (Kari) of Norwalk, IA, Erin Meyer (Christopher) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Bridget Lemker (Bradley) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Courtney Matt (Gary) of Van Meter, IA; his grandchildren, Ellie, Megan, Jaclyn Meyer, Evan, Josef Lemker, Norah, Abigail, Charlie and Jude Matt; and his sister Mary Ann Thompson (Larry) of Glenwood Springs, CO. He is also survived by his nephews, niece, cousins, and friends.
