He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice "Rita" Schuman and Robert Sero Sr. Bob; and his sister Charmain "Sherry" Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Barb McCraney; his grandchildren, Taylor, Jennah, Bailee, Brayden, Austin, Kinsley, Kinzie, Everly and Aiden; and his children, TerriAnne Akers (Tim) of Mount Vernon, Shawna Sero of Cedar Rapids and Robert "Bobby" Sero III of North Liberty. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews.
