With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robin Welbes-Kane of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 6, 2026 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Sandra Williams (Foell); and her grandparents, Rachel and Delbert "Tip" Fullbright. She is survived by: her husband Steve Kane; her children, Natalie Tunnicliffe (Matt) and Jeremy Kane; her grandsons, Waylon and Brooks; and her siblings, Shelby Welbes and Dawson Williams.
