We are sad to announce that, on March 18, 2025, at the age of 58, Rodney William Tracy of Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Rodney may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Rodney touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Leo Peters; and his sister Carline Gilbert. He is survived by: his mother Carol Hutchins; his wife Tracy Eison; his daughter Tierra Plowden (George); his grandchildren, Tristin Cerney, Travis Cerney and Carter Mahoney; his stepfather Leroy Walton; his brothers, Randy Peters and Trevor Betts; and his pet Mia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
