He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Meachem and Margery Meachem (Picton); and his brother Malcolm Meachem. He is survived by: his wife Cilla Meachem of Princeton, IA; his children, Andrew James Meachem (Kirsti) and Lesley Anne Ronald; and his sister Elaine Phillips.
