It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ron Jurgens of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Monticello, Iowa, who passed away on May 4, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Richard Jurgens. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Jurgens (Sabers) of Worthington; his children, Carlie "Chickr" and Abe "Hammer"; his siblings, Rod Jurgens (Miranda Bries) of Hopkinton, Rhonda Meyer (Bob) of Hopkinton, Rich Jurgens (Michelle) of Worthington and Robin Lutovsky (Ron) of Crawfordsville; his nieces and nephews, Eric Jurgens, Abby Smith, Will Jurgens, Anna Jurgens, Ellie Garringer, Grace Lutovsky, Carolyn Lutovsky and Henry Lutovsky; and his friend Brian "Chappy" Chapman.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed Ron Jurgens Memorial Fund.
