He was predeceased by: his brother Dick; his son-in-law John Gallo; and his parents, Melvin Herrick and Corinne Herrick. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, James Herrick (Irene), Joanna Gallo and Lisa Chmielewski (Adam); and his brother Don Herrick (Ladene). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
