She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Brophy and Margaret Brophy; her siblings, Frank Brophy, Agnes Murphy (Brophy), Dorothy Burke (Brophy), Theresa Werthmann (Brophy), Edward Brophy, Marty Brophy, Loretta Glowacki (Brophy) and John Brophy; her husbands, Ron Wieland and Norman Pedersen; her son Ted; her parents-in-law, Robert and Delpha Wieland (Stolley); her siblings-in-law, Lester Wieland, Larry Murphy, Ed Burke, Ed Werthmann, Jerry Glowacki and Dorothy Brophy; her daughter-in-law Sheila Wieland; and her stepson Butch Pedersen.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Brenneman of Wentzville, MO, Bill (Patricia), Cathy Fountain (Mike) of Iowa City, Andy Wieland of Johnstown, CO and Mariah Edgington (Byron) of Alachua, FL; her stepdaughters, Linda Grout (West Branch) and Debbie Rohrbach (Steve) of Iowa City; her in-laws, Larry Wieland (Janice) of Riverside, IA, Jolene Wieland (Iowa City) and Rob (Kelly); her sister-in-law Pat Brophy of West Liberty, IA; her grandchildren, Jeff Brenneman, Christy Brenneman (Brian), Kim Combest (Rob), Michelle Wieland (Alastair McNeilage), Melissa Stratton (Mark), Ted Wieland (Colleen), Kyle Fountain (Jessie), Stacy Pruter (Nic), Stephany Michaud (Daniel), Monica Gathercole (Justin), Josh Wieland (Samantha), Jeremiah Wieland (Cassie), Sally Hoskins (Neil) and Nicole Distelhorst; and her stepgrandchildren, Lance Pedersen, Kari Zuniga (Dano), Kip Pedersen (Alisha), Amanda Edgington, Gary Gates (Stacey), Nanci Wieneke (Scott), Wendi Hayden (Chuck), Morgan Shea, Amanda Froese (Dan) and Bryan Rohrbach (Tori).
