He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Daniel Elliott, Sr. and Ada Elliott; his wife Gloria Elliott; his sisters, Evelyn Kimberlin and Mary Dean Grieve Cabello; and his children, Kae Elliott Schmitt (Steve) of Highland, Illinois, Gail Elliott Gillig of Edwardsville, Illinois and Roy Daniel "Dan" Elliott, III (Elise) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
