He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Patrick and Emily Mary Levins (French); his wife Colleen Levins (Ealy); his siblings, Patrick, Artie, Donald Levins, Baby Boy Levins, Norma Raschendorfer, Carol Phillips, Marilyn Weingart and Helen Rankin; and his pets, Pandy, Maggie and Oscar.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Perry; his children, Matt Levins (Jennifer) of West Burlington, Jane Williams (Dave) of Burlington and Julie Levins of Peoria, Illinois; his stepchildren, Kris, Wayne, Tim, Shelly (Rob), Kelly and Tabby; and his siblings, John Levins of Burlington, LeRoy Levins of Burlington, Mark Levins of Quincy, Mike Levins of West Burlington, Rosemary Loper of West Burlington, Paulette Nichols of Burlington and Betty Frey of Decatur, Illinois.. He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
