She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward McClure and Ruby McClure (Billings); her husband Ronald Bennett Sr.; her son Ronald Bennett Jr.; her siblings, Edward McClure and Ruby McClure; and her son-in-law Bob West.
She is survived by: her children, Shawn West, Mark Bennett, Dale Bennett (Anne Gard), Kelley McNeese and Jeffery Bennett (Stacey); her grandchildren, Joshua West, Cody West, Mark Bennett Jr. (Amy), Angel Payne (Nathaniel), Dominic McNeese (Kelly) and Max Bennett; her brother Gary McClure Sr. (Nancie); and her siblings-in-law, James Bennett (Charlesy) and Elizabeth McClure. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 1844 1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402. A vigil service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (4949 Council St NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402).
In Lieu of Flowers, a Memorial Fund has been established for S.A.I.N.T Cat Rescue & Adoption Center.
