It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Scott of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Tama, Iowa, who passed away on May 14, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Scott to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Feisel and Clara Feisel (Ehlers); her husband Gordon R. Scott; and her siblings, Gail Brandt (Fred), Harry "Lee" Feisel, Mason Feisel (Barb), Clifford "Cliff" Feisel (June) and Richard "Dick" Feisel (Joan).
She is survived by: her children, Janet Runyan (Gary) of Cedar Rapids, Elizabeth "Beth" Scott of Cedar Rapids and James "Jim" Scott (Tonya) of Ankeny; her brother Lyle Feisel (Dorothy) of Chestertown Maryland; her grandchildren, Cory Runyan, Scott Runyan (Leah), Crystal Lorenz (Corey Shea), Ashley Stuart (Tomas "TJ") and Andrew Scott; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Parker, Cohen, Madalyn, Evelyn and Otto. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church.
