She is survived by: her children, Michael Wayne Orf (Nancy) of Van Meter, David Alan Orf (Eve) of Kansas City and Amy Sue Orf (Joe Jakubiszyn) of Ishpeming, Michigan; her grandchildren, Michael John Orf of Waukee, Melissa Arnold (Mason) of Waukee, Justin Orf of Waukee, James Orf (Jessie) of Waukee, Nolan Fehrenbach (Andrew) of Milwaukee and Olivia Boeh (William) of Gardner, Kansas; her great grandchildren, Kaycen Orf of Waukee, Iowa., Brooks Arnold of Waukee, Iowa., Scarlet Arnold of Waukee, Iowa. and Charlotte Orf of Waukee, Iowa.; her husband Ronald Burnett of Cedar Rapids; her brothers, Richard Hardesty (Rita) of Seffner and Michael Hardesty of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; her stepson Robert Burnett (Becky); her stepgrandson Joshua Burnett of Batavia, Illinois; and her siblings-in-law, Christine Herbert of Norridge, Illinois and Frank Burnett of Fremont, Wisconsin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
