He was predeceased by: his father Richard Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Luanne Phillips; his significant other Judie S. Slaton; his children, Eric Phillips (Stephanie) of Solon, Iowa and Thad Phillips (Erin); his grandchildren, Stephen, Noah, Sophia Grace, Isaac, Quinlin, Emmett, Rylee and Olivia; and his brother Dr. Nicholas Phillips (Carol) of Livonia, Michigan.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
