It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Seth Michael Kuba of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on July 4, 2021, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Michael Kuba; and his grandmother Helen Kuba. He is survived by: his mother Marci Deyo; his sisters, Tayler Kuba-York and Tara Kuba; and his grandparents, Pat, Jim Deyo and Edward Kuba. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.

Memorials may be given to Matthew 25, 201 3rd Avenue S.W., Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52404.
