He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Farley Sr. of McGregor and Bernice "Barney" Farley of Cedar Rapids; his wife Hyra Farley; his children, Max and Ava Farley; the mother of his children Heather Dougherty; his stepdaughter Jade Bieber of Cedar Rapids; his brother Kelly Farley (Christine) of Aurora, Illinois; his mother-in-law Clara Alfante; his nephews, Douglas III and Brandon Farley; and his pets, Hawk, Mia, Pocket and Silvey. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
