She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph, Sr.; her daughter Lyn; her brother Dale Streets; and her parents, John Streets and Gladys Streets (Hamilton).
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Bailey (Alan), Joseph Kuhn, Jr. (Renae), Michael Kuhn (Tammy), Steven Kuhn and Brian Kuhn (Angie); her grandchildren, Cody, Derek, Dustin, Taylor, Tara, Lydia, Emily, Kiara, Ashley and Heather; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Weston, Beau, Giovonni, Kinley, Lenyx and June; and her sister Joan Hazell.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 9:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (120 5th St NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405).
