She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Musser and Lucinda Musser (Corn); her former husband Warren E. Smith; her husband Thomas Albertson; her daughter Jolene Marie Smith; and her siblings, Arlene, Darlene and Ed.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven Smith (Nadine) of Walker and Douglas Smith (Stephanie) of Clive, Iowa; her grandchildren, Sean Smith (Lisa) of Ames, Stacia Smith (Clint) of Walker and Ryan Smith of Miami Beach, Florida; her great grandchildren, Spencer Fruechte (Kandice), Ben Smith and Alex Smith; her stepgreat-grandchild Christian Jones (Bridget); her great great grandchild Hazel Rose Fruechte; and her niece Janine Wasson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Palo United Methodist Church (118 Clinton St, Palo, IA 52324). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the Shriners Children's Hospital or Camp Courageous.
