Lewis; her children, Jonathan Lewis (Katelyn Garfield) and Katherine Lewis; her stepchildren, Tiffany Beer (Andy) and Brian Lewis (Hilary); her grandchildren, McKenzie and Jaxon Garfield-Lewis; and her siblings, Gregory Ronald (Denise), Beth Ronald and Suzanne Ronald (Kristen Miller).
