He was predeceased by: his parents, Stefan Miller and Helena Miller (Machajski); and his siblings, Helen, Edwin, Mike, Bob and Charlie.

He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Miller (Margaret), Harry Miller, Diane Groundwater (Robert) and Lily Zika (James). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to UnityPoint Hospice.
