It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ted Bascom of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on September 19, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward Bascom (Toby) and Maxine Bascom. He is survived by: his parents, John Strawn and Myrlene Strawn (Bascom); his former wife Kristin Corkery; his siblings, John Strawn Jr., Janell Holub, Johnathen Strawn and Tabitha Strawn; his daughters, Shianne Bascom and Nova Bascom; and his grandson Emmerick Robidoux. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
