He was predeceased by: his siblings, Don Williams and Maureen Gardemann (Leroy); and his parents, Elmer Williams and Sylvia Williams (Voeltz). He is survived by: his sons, Trevin Williams of Cedar Rapids and Brian Glass; his brother Leroy Williams (Phyllis) of Phoenix, AZ; his sister-in-law Pat Williams; and his former wife Freda Nordgren Williams. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
