She was predeceased by: her brothers, Harold and Everett Prosser; her son-in-law Terry Hart; and her parents, Albert C. Prosser and Nettie L. Prosser (Blydenburgh).
She is survived by: her children, Herbert L. Dorsey Jr. (Kathy) of Nebraska, Elizabeth Coleman (Darwin) of Anamosa, Ruth Hart of Cedar Rapids, Barbara Jackson of Chicago and Eden Mason (Mark) of Traer; and her husband Herbert L. Dorsey. She is also survived by her two nieces: twelve grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
