Theresa left this world on December 22, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Michalec and Mary Michalec (Philipp); her husband Bob; her son Randi Ruzicka; her toy poodles, Misty and Mandy; her in-laws, Mathew and Mary Ruzicka (Sejnoha); her siblings, Joni Miller, Patti Smith, Frank, Benny and Bernie Michalec; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Beer, Mary Lou Smejkal, Sue Ruzicka, Ronnie Ruzicka and Jerry Beer.

She is survived by: her children, Bob Jr. and Pamela Stark; her son-in-law Chris Stark; her grandchildren, Nick, Sam Stark and Nicole Stark; her siblings, Mary Frances Michalec (Rosie Harvey), Bob of Cedar Rapids, Mike of Cedar Rapids, Bill of Cedar Rapids and Phil Michalec of Cedar Rapids; and her in-laws, Mike Ruzicka (Mary Henderson), Denny Ruzicka (Karan), Barbara Ruzicka and Alan Smejkal (Sybil Merfeld). She is also survived by Aunt.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family or St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church.
