He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Collins and Marie Collins (Drew); his wife Dorothy Burns; his son Rick; and his siblings, Dorothy Moloney and Duane Collins.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy (Corinne), Kelly (Connie) of Cedar Rapids and Brian of Parsons, Kansas; his grandchildren, Sean, David, Libby, Jack, Joel and Bailey; and his siblings, Herb, Darell (Barbara), Karen McCarthy (Jim) and Connie Boland.
