He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Weaver and Marcella Weaver (Miller); his daughter Tera Ogden; his siblings, Beatrice (Russell), Maudie (Dick), Sarah (Jack), Eunice (Bob) and Arlie; his granddaughter LeKreshia; and his brother-in-law Carl.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Weaver; his children, Holly Gautier (Hiram), Zachary Palmer (Michelle), Marcella Weaver and Timothy Jon Weaver II (Laura); and his sisters, Linda and Donna. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
