He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Cerveny and Lydia Cerveny (Dubishar); and his sister Vivian Moessner. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Nemec; his sons, Brian Cerveny (Jennifer Wanat) of Hawthorn Woods and Dan Cerveny of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Claire and Luke; and his siblings-in-law, Reynold Moessner of Amana, Marilyn Pansegrau of Cedar Rapids and Linda Crandall of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
